SMHS Research Strategy 2023–2033

Developed in collaboration with multidisciplinary researchers, consumers and executives, the inaugural SMHS Research Strategy 2023–2033 (PDF 1.7MB) sets a direction for research over the next ten years.

The strategy will influence our focus and priorities, assist to improve on our research culture and capability and deliver on our vision of providing excellence in health and wellbeing.

At the 2023 SMHS Excellence Awards, Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group Consultant Physician Oncology, Dr Andrew Redfern was named Researcher of the Year.
