The SMHS Excellence Awards celebrate high achieving staff who exemplify the SMHS values of Care, Integrity, Respect, Excellence and Teamwork in their service each and every day.

There are 6 team awards, along with an overall team winner, and 3 individual awards. The awards are open to staff working at South Metropolitan Health Service sites (Fiona Stanley Hospital, Rockingham General Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and Murray District Hospital), community-based services and SMHS corporate services.

The 2024 SMHS Excellence Awards were presented on Thursday 17 October 2024.
